I am not a VA who dabbles in automation. I am a Marketing Systems Specialist with 7+ years of hands-on experience building complete CRM and automation systems for health and service-based businesses across the US, Australia, Canada, and the UK.
I spent 5 years inside a healthcare marketing agency building and managing systems specifically for functional medicine clinics, naturopathic doctors, and integrative health practices. That experience taught me the difference between a system that looks set up and one that actually runs a practice.
